I have never heard of that happening from just changing the language.
I guess I will need the 119ek serial number to enable the ProTalk model. I can boot in another language again and the LED turns Green doing so.

pkg I can detect the other radios and write, read to them but not this one. Maybe the Engineer mode might help. I don't know if it will make any difference, but try uninstalling your KPGD M2 and reinstalling it with the Engineer serial below, and then try the software again.

The regular Dealer kpv serial only enables the LMR models. I can only write Annuciation data to the transceiver.

Is this a ProTalk model? It is available in the downloads section. Use the engineering serial number.
